Three tips to eat healthier and lose weight fast.
Still looking for how to lose weight? If you want to lose weight, you know that eating a healthy diet should be your first priority.  Sure, exercise is important, but diet is king when it comes to lifelong weight management.  Here are some simple and yet effective ways for you to make healthy changes in the way you eat on a daily basis and stay fit.
1.  Make sure to eat at least some healthy fats in most of your meals.  Eating enough healthy fats is very important for maintaining proper fat burning and muscle building hormone levels in your body.  Adequate healthy fats in your diet also helps in keeping your appetite under control.
The healthiest sources of dietary fats are raw nuts, seeds, egg yolks (from organic free range eggs), avocados, extra virgin olive oil (highest antioxidant content of olive oils), coconut oil (a great source of healthy saturated fats in the form of medium chain triglycerides), and grass-fed meats (a great source of the healthy fat, conjugated linoleic acid, which can help burn body fat and build muscle).
Try this;  eat a handful of raw nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds are great healthy choices) 3 times a day about 30 minutes prior to meals.  This can help to quell your appetite and give your body some protein, fiber, and healthy fats so that you eat less calories overall at your meals and get more nutrition at the same time due to the high nutrient density of most nuts.

2.  Try to eat a high quality protein source with each meal and snack that you eat.  Quality proteins from grass-fed meats, grass-fed raw dairy, and even from plant sources such as nuts and beans provides good appetite suppression so you can control your calorie intake easier.
Getting ample quality proteins also helps you to build lean muscle (if you're working out hard regularly) so that your metabolism can run at a higher rate from the increased lean muscle on your body.
Eating sufficient protein at most of your meals also aids your body in controlling blood sugar and insulin levels by helping to slow the breakdown of ingested carbohydrates.

3. Although extremely low-carb diets are not recommended, one of the main reasons that so many individuals struggle to lose weight for most of their lives is due to eating excessive processed carbohydrates such as refined grain-based starches and refined sugars on a daily basis.
The natural sugars in whole fruits and berries are ok because the fiber in fruits helps to slow the blood sugar response in your body.  Just make sure to avoid fruit juices, which are mostly sugar and have the fiber removed in processing the juice.
It has been observed that when people start to minimize their grain consumption (from cereals, bagels, breads, pasta, etc), they start to lose body fat much easier.  You can try to minimize eating grains and focus your carbohydrate intake on fruits and vegetables solely.  This simple step alone usually helps people to start managing their weight more easily thus you could fit in.
Try to implement these 3 tips for eating a smarter, healthier diet and I'm willing to bet that you'll start to see a leaner body and more energy in no time.

All you need to know are foods to eat that burn fat like no other and those to prevent if you want to lose weight. So if you want to lose weight quick and fast without going through avoidable stress. Go check the site out. Forget about asking someone to help you lose weight and do it yourself more effectively. Meanwhile lets go back to our article - why you are fat; measures to prevent going overweight and living a healthy lifestyle.
Decades ago, around the time of Steven Tyler's last haircut, a completely wrong-headed idea started being passed around America's dinner tables: Eating fat makes you fat.

Wrong. Eating fat won’t make you fat, any more than eating money will make you rich. Calories make you fat, and most “low-fat” or “fat-free” foods actually have just as many calories as their full-fat versions, because of added sugar and chemicals. And there’s no debate on this one: Since we made “cut down on fat” our favorite food craze roughly 30 years ago, the U.S. obesity rate has doubled. Among children, it has tripled. That’s a failed food policy if ever there was one.
But it’s just one of many “get fat” habits that can be turned into a “slim-down” habit, starting today. All you need is a pinch of resolve and a few new routines. Here are the 20 habits you can replace right now, compliments of the Eat This, Not That! No-Diet Diet.

FAT HABIT #1: Eating "low-fat"
It sounds crazy, but I want you to stop buying foods marketed as low-fat or fat-free. Typically, they save you only a few calories and, in doing so, they replace harmless fats with low-performing carbohydrates that digest quickly—causing a sugar rush and, immediately afterward, rebound hunger. Researchers from the University of Alabama at Birmingham found that meals that limited carbohydrates to 43 percent were more filling and had a milder effect on blood sugar than meals with 55 percent carbohydrates. That means you’ll store less body fat and be less likely to eat more later.

FAT HABIT #2: Not seeking nutrition advice
Good news here: By reading this, you’re already forming habits that can help you shed pounds. When Canadian researchers sent diet and exercise advice to more than 1,000 people, they found that the recipients began eating smarter and working more physical activity into their daily routines. Not surprisingly, the habits of the non-recipients didn’t budge.

FAT HABIT #3: Sleeping too little or too much
According to Wake Forest researchers, dieters who sleep five hours or less put on 2½ times more belly fat, while those who sleep more than eight hours pack on only slightly less than that. Shoot for an average of six to seven hours of sleep per night—the optimal amount for weight control.

FAT HABIT #4: Eating free restaurant foods
Breadsticks, biscuits, and chips and salsa may be complimentary at some restaurants, but that doesn’t mean you won’t pay for them. Every time you eat one of Olive Garden's free breadsticks or Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuits, you're adding an additional 150 calories to your meal. Eat three over the course of dinner and that's 450 calories. That's also roughly the number of calories you can expect for every basket of tortilla chips you get at your local Mexican restaurant. What's worse, none of these calories comes paired with any redeeming nutritional value. Consider them junk food on steroids.

DID YOU KNOW? You don't need to make big changes to your diet to lose 10, 20, or even 30 pounds. You just need to make the right small tweaks. Change how you look and feel—fast and forever—with this must-see report on the 25 Best Nutrition Secrets Ever!

FAT HABIT #5: Drinking soda—even diet!
The average American guzzles nearly a full gallon of soda every week. Why is that so bad? Because a 2005 study found that drinking one to two sodas per day increases your chances of being overweight or obese by nearly 33 percent. And diet soda is no better. When researchers in San Antonio tracked a group of elderly subjects for nearly a decade, they found that compared to nondrinkers, those who drank two or more diet sodas a day watched their waistlines increase five times faster. The researchers theorize that the artificial sweeteners trigger appetite cues, causing you to unconsciously eat more at subsequent meals.

FAT HABIT #6: Skipping meals
In a 2011 national survey from the Calorie Control Council, 17 percent of Americans admitted to skipping meals to lose weight. The problem is, skipping meals actually increases your odds of obesity, especially when it comes to breakfast. A study from the American Journal of Epidemiology found that people who cut out the morning meal were 4.5 times more likely to be obese. Why? Skipping meals slows your metabolism and boosts your hunger. That puts your body in prime fat-storage mode and increases your odds of overeating at the next meal.

FAT HABIT #7: Eating too quickly
If your body has one major flaw, this is it: It takes 20 minutes for your stomach to tell your brain that it’s had enough. A study in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association found that slow eaters took in 66 fewer calories per meal, but compared to their fast-eating peers, they felt like they had eaten more. What’s 66 calories, you ask? If you can do that at every meal, you’ll lose more than 20 pounds a year!

FAT HABIT #8: Watching too much TV
A University of Vermont study found that overweight participants who reduced their TV time by just 50 percent burned an additional 119 calories a day on average. That’s an automatic 12-pound annual loss! Maximize those results by multitasking while you watch—even light household tasks will further bump up your caloric burn. Plus, if your hands are occupied with dishes or laundry, you’ll be less likely to mindlessly snack—the other main occupational hazard associated with tube time.
SNACK YOURSELF THIN! It can be a challenge to find snacks low in sugar and high in protein and fiber. Our list of the 50 Best Snack Foods in America will help keep you lean and full all day long!
*who could have thought you gain weight from watching TV lol*

FAT HABIT #9: Ordering the combo meal
A study in the Journal of Public Policy & Marketing shows that compared to ordering a la carte, you pick up a hundred or more extra calories by opting for the “combo” or “value meal." Why? Because when you order items bundled together, you're likely to buy more food than you want. You're better off ordering your food piecemeal. That way you won't be influenced by pricing schemes designed to hustle a few more cents out of your pocket.

FAT HABIT #10: Facing the buffet
Cornell researchers found that when eating at a buffet-style restaurant, obese diners were 15 percent more likely to choose seats with a clear view of the food. Your move: Choose a seat that places your back toward the spread. It will help you avoid fixating on the food.
20 NEW TERRIBLE FOODS! Some restaurant foods have an entire day's worth of calories and several days' worth of fat and salt. Avoid these shocking diet disasters at all costs: The Worst Foods in America!

FAT HABIT #11: Eating off larger plates
One study found that when given an option, a whopping 98.6 percent of obese individuals opt for larger plates. Translation: More food, more calories, and more body fat. Keep your portions in check by choosing smaller serving dishes. If need be, you can always go back for seconds.

FAT HABIT #12: Putting serving dishes on the table
Resist setting out foods buffet- or family-style, and opt instead to serve them from the kitchen. A study in the journal Obesity found that when food is served from the dinner table, people consume 35 percent more over the course of the meal. When an additional helping requires leaving the table, people hesitate to go back for more.

FAT HABIT #13: Choosing white bread
A study from the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that when obese subjects incorporated whole grains into their diets, they lost more abdominal fat over the course of 12 weeks. There are likely multiple factors at play, but the most notable is this: Whole grain foods pack in more fiber and an overall stronger nutritional package than their refined-grain counterparts.

FAT HABIT #14: Taking big bites
The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that people who took large bites of food consumed 52 percent more calories in one sitting than those who took small bites and chewed longer. By cutting food into smaller pieces, you can increase satiety and enjoy your food more thoroughly. A good general rule? The smaller your bites, the thinner your waistline.

FAT HABIT #15: Not drinking enough water
Adequate water intake is essential for all your body’s functions, and the more you drink, the better your chances of staying thin. In one University of Utah study, dieting participants who were instructed to drink two cups of water before each meal lost 30 percent more weight than their thirsty peers. And you can magnify the effect by adding ice. German researchers found that six cups of cold water a day could prompt a metabolic boost that incinerates 50 daily calories. That’s enough to shed five pounds a year!
BEVERAGE BONUS: Drinking water is always a smart idea, but there are some beverages that should be avoided at all costs. Protect yourself—and your waistline—from the 20 Worst Drinks in America.

FAT HABIT #16: Having overweight friends
Research from the New England Journal of Medicine indicates that when a friend becomes obese, it ups your chance of obesity by 57 percent. This probably has to do with the social norms that you’re exposed to. Rather than ditch a friend who starts to put on a few extra pounds though, suggest healthy activities that you can do together, and avoid letting him or her dictate the meal (“Let’s split the cheesecake!”)
^^^^^ *Damn*

FAT HABIT #17: Eating too late
Your body can burn flab while you sleep, but only if it isn't too busy processing a full stomach. A new study in the journal Obesity looked at the sleeping and eating habits of 52 people over seven days, and it found that those who ate after 8 p.m. took in the most daily calories and had the highest BMIs.

FAT HABIT #18: Not using a scale
Looking at your body weight reinforces weight-loss goals and makes it difficult to cheat your diet. When University of Minnesota researchers observed dieters who weighed themselves daily, they discovered that the routine of stepping on a scale helped those people lose twice as much weight as those who weighed themselves less frequently. Avoid being thrown of by natural fluctuations in body weight by stepping onto the scale at the same time every day.

FAT HABIT #19: Drinking fruity beverages
Most restaurants and bars have ditched their fresh-fruit recipes in favor of viscous syrups made mostly from high fructose corn syrup and thickening agents. As a general rule, the more garnishes a drink has hanging from its rim, the worse it is for your waistline.

FAT HABIT #20: Eating when emotional
A study from the University of Alabama found that emotional eaters—those who admitted eating in response to emotional stress—were 13 times more likely to be overweight or obese. If you feel the urge to eat in response to stress, try chewing a piece of gum, chugging a glass of water, or taking a walk around the block. Create an automatic response that doesn't involve food and you'll prevent yourself from overloading on calories.

Amy Winehouse record sales soar as funeral takes place in London

The funeral of British singer Amy Winehouse  was being held Tuesday after an autopsy failed to pinpoint the cause of her death.
Early indications show her music is set to dominate the British singles and albums charts this weekend, mirroring what happened in the weeks following the death of Michael Jackson. Her album Back to Black is already a best seller at amazon.

The 27-year-old Winehouse, who had long battled drug and alcohol problems, was found dead in bed at her home in London on Saturday. Her funeral was being attended only by family and close friends, a spokesman said.
An inquest opened on Monday and was adjourned until October, with police describing the death as unexplained. More tests are being carried out, with the results expected next month.
Her family was quoted in newspapers as saying they thought she died of a heart attack or seizure. Her boyfriend, Reg Traviss, denied rumours that she died in a drug-fuelled haze.
"She had been full of life and so upbeat recently, exercising every day and doing yoga," he told the Sun. "This terrible thing that happened is like an accident."
Record industry body the Official Charts Company said on Tuesday that the singer's music was expected to dominate the British charts.
She is on course to have seven singles in the Top 40 and 14 in the Top 200, with the biggest selling track currently "Back To Black" followed by "Rehab", "Tears Dry On Their Own", "You Know I'm No Good" and "Valerie".
In the year following his death in June 2009 Jackson sold more records in Britain than any other artist.
As she fought drugs and alcohol, Winehouse slid from being a chirpy teenage singer to someone who could barely walk at her final concert performance in Belgrade, Serbia.
The Daily Telegraph newspaper reported on Monday that material recorded before Winehouse's death could be released as a posthumous album. They cited sources who said Winehouse had recorded "a lot of material" and that her parents would have the final say on whether a new album was to be released.
Winehouse's spokesman told Reuters there was no news about the release of a third album. "I know there's material about, but no one's talked about it," he said.

British Singer Amy Winehouse found dead

We brought you the exclusive video of her drug inspired performance in Belgrade just last month - June; we were really worried  about the direction she was taking in life. Sadly it was to be the last post on Amy Winehouse before her sudden death as confirmed by British Police. Here is yahoo reports:
Troubled singer Amy Winehouse, known for her smoky soul voice and her struggle with drink and drugs, has been found dead at her flat in north London, police said. She was 27 years old.

The Grammy award-winning soul singer with her trademark beehive battled with well-documented addictions that she documented in her hit single "Rehab". Her death is being treated as unexplained, Scotland Yard said.
"Police were called by London Ambulance Service to an address in Camden Square shortly before 4:05 pm (1505 GMT) today, Saturday 23 July, following reports of a woman found deceased," a police statement said.
"On arrival officers found the body of a 27-year-old female who was pronounced dead at the scene.
"Enquiries continue into the circumstances of the death. At this early stage it is being treated as unexplained."
London Ambulance Service said it had been called to the flat at 3:54 pm (1454 GMT) and sent two ambulances.
Police officers remained on duty outside her home Saturday.
There was no immediate comment from her agents.
Winehouse rocketed to fame after winning five Grammy awards off the back of her 2006 second album "Back to Black" and the hit single "Rehab".
In the run-up to her live return, Winehouse spent a week earlier this year at an addiction treatment clinic in London, reportedly at the suggestion of her father, Mitch, over concerns that she was drinking too much before her shows.
But Winehouse pulled out of her European comeback tour following a disastrous opening performance in Serbia on June 18.
She was booed at the performance in Belgrade, as she appeared to be too drunk to sing.
Some 20,000 people gathered for the highly-promoted concert at the sixth-century Kalemegdan fortress, but many soon left.
During the concert, which lasted about 90 minutes, Winehouse could only mumble some of the lyrics, failing to follow her band.
Winehouse left the stage twice, with many fans showing their displeasure despite her band's attempts to calm the crowd.
"Amy Winehouse is withdrawing from all scheduled performances," a statement from her representatives said.
"Everyone involved wishes to do everything they can to help her return to her best and she will be given as long as it takes for this to happen."
She had also been scheduled to perform in Istanbul, Athens, Bilbao in Spain, Locarno in Switzerland, Italy's Lucca festival, Switzerland's Paleo Festival in Nyon, Nova Jazz and Blues Night in Wiesen, Austria, and Poland's Bydgoszcz Artpop Festival.
Known for her distinctive voice and beehive hairdo, Winehouse's debut album "Frank" was released in 2003 and brought her wide acclaim. It went triple platinum in Britain.
The follow-up, "Back to Black", was a worldwide smash hit, reaching number one in Britain and number two in the US charts. It went six times platinum in Britain and double platinum in the United States.
She married Blake Fielder-Civil in Miami in May 2007 but they had a tempestuous relationship. He spent part of their marriage behind bars for a vicious attack on a pub landlord and a subsequent attempt to cover it up.
They divorced in July 2009.

McDonald's Set For Biggest Outlet Ever For London Olympics

Something much bigger than this is coming to London
McDonald's has announced it is set to build her biggest outlet ever in London ahead of 2012 Olympic. Biggest outlet ever? (pause) Hope that does not mean more obese people numbers ever? Well, its the Olympics so lets hope the 'multitude' that will flock in there regularly will also find some time to exercise or try in some Olympics games and burn out some fats while they are it. But then sports men burn out so much much calories so somebody is gonna eat. A quick one - just in-case you are wondering how to stream and watch all London Olympic 2012 events live on your Computer at no cost, this site is offering you the opportunity.. You can watch all live sporting events live on your computer (together with other lifestyle and entertainment chan nels all in HD) without no subscription, hardware or installation needed. No virus too so get connected. Here is news as reported by [thepostgame]

McDonald's is certainly taking the Olympic motto to heart by building its largest restaurant ever for the 2012 Summer Games in London. The 32,000 square foot monstrosity is just one of four new locations the burger giant will use to serve the sports-loving fans who flock to the city. The restaurant expects to serve a mound of fast food over the nearly month-long Games. Early projections include 50,000 Big Macs, more than 100,000 portions of fries and 30,000 milkshakes.

But British health officials don't think there's anything happy about these meals.

"Given the huge public health issues of childhood obesity," said parliament health committee member Grahame Morris in a statement, "it is legitimate to question whether having the world's biggest McDonald's at the Olympic Park is sending an appropriate message to our young people."
The British Medical Association went even further: "Given many countries in the developed world, and some in the developing world, are facing a major problem with obesity, it is unfortunate that McDonalds are major sponsors at the 2012 London Olympics."

The company, with over 32,000 locations worldwide, has been a sponsor of the quadrennial games since 1976. Next year the golden arches will take that presence to a whole new level, reports the London Evening Standard. The main branch in Stratford will stretch nearly half of a football field, hold 1,500 seats and require nearly 500 employees.

McDonald's will even have a location in the athletes' village, although who knows if any of the perfectly-toned competitors will fuel up before the biggest events of their careers with fries and a shake.

Certainly the health-conscious will continue to rue the consumption of so much fast food alongside such feats of human performance. For its part, a company spokesperson said in a statement that McDonald's food "can fit into a balanced, active lifestyle."

The BMA wants more discipline on the part of the company and its customers, insisting "these products should be seen as very rare treats."

Not likely. McDonald's believes one in five meals eaten during the Olympics in London will be one of theirs.

Faster. Higher. Stronger. Fuller? Or just fatter?

Manchester City agrees Carlos Tevez's deal to Corinthians

Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini said on Monday that the English Premier League club had agreed a deal to sell their Argentinian star Carlos Tevez to Brazilian side Corinthians. "At the moment we have an agreement with Corinthians, but Carlos now is still a City player," Mancini told Sky TV.
Reports claimed that the deal would be closed when personal terms between the 27-year-old Tevez and his new club are agreed.
However, Corinthians later released a statement denying any such agreement had been reached.
"The truth is that Manchester City sent Corinthians a counter-proposal this morning," the statement read.
"In that proposal, the English club have asked for changes in the form of payment and the total value of the transaction.
"Furthermore, Manchester City insisted that Tevez renounce a sum outstanding with the English club.
"Finally, Corinthians president Andres Sanchez informs that for the moment nothing concrete has been agreed regarding Tevez and that the counter-proposal will be analysed by him and his board."
The Brazilian side's initial offer for the striker was reportedly worth 40 million euros ($63.57m).
The striker wants to leave Manchester to be closer to his daughters, who live in Buenos Aires with their mother, his estranged partner.
The Argentina forward, formerly with West Ham United and Manchester United, led City to FA Cup glory and Champions League qualification last season.
Tevez, who missed the crucial penalty kick as Argentina went out of the Copa America quarter-final 5-4 on penalties against Uruguay on Saturday, arrived in English football at West Ham from Corinthians in August 2006.
Selling Tevez to Corinthians would enable City to offload him to a club with whom they are not in direct competition, either domestically or in Europe, while also improving the player's family arrangements.
Tevez said on Monday that he "would have no problem to go back to Corinthians", where he won the 2005 league title and became a great crowd favourite.
City defender Joleon Lescott admitted he would be disappointed to see his team-mate depart but understood his wishes.
The England international told Sky Sports News: "We'll be disappointed if Carlos leaves but it was down to the club and Carlos what was best for each other and they have come to an agreement so I wish both parties all the best.
"Carlos is his own man. Last season he played to 110 percent every game so none of us will be holding any grudges towards him and we'll wish him all the best if he does leave."
If Tevez does leave City they are expected to bid for compatriot Sergio Aguero of Atletico Madrid, who is currently keeping him on the Argentine bench.
Aguero, Diego Maradona's son-in-law, has a release clause of 50 million euros at Atletico.
Aguero's agent Hernan Reguera admitted that the striker's future will soon be resolved now that Argentina are no longer in the Copa America.
"He wanted the Copa America to end to sit down and talk. During this week everything will be settled," Reguera told Ole.
Reguera insisted that Aguero's decision to leave Atletico had nothing to do with money and that he wants a new challenge.
"In seven days the subject will be closed, but this has nothing to do with money. He wants his career to grow."

Netflix Raises DVD, Streaming Plan Price by 60 Percent, recieves huge backlash from customers

Why the hoopla about Netflix hiking its price when you can alternatively legally download and watch all your favorite full movies straight on your computer with Full Movies for peanuts. Anyways, guess we humans like whining. lol. The full news and the backlash at Netflix:
Netflix Inc will raise by 60 percent the monthly price of a plan that lets subscribers watch unlimited movies and video online and get DVDs by mail.

Customers who want both services will pay $7.99 per month to rent one DVD at a time plus $7.99 for unlimited streaming, or a total of $15.98 per month. The previous cost of this plan was $9.99 a month.
"We are separating unlimited DVDs by mail and unlimited streaming into separate plans to better reflect the costs of each and to give our members a choice: a streaming only plan, a DVD only plan or the option to subscribe to both," Netflix Vice President of Marketing Jessie Becker wrote in a company blog post.
"Given the long life we think DVDs by mail will have, treating DVDs as a $2 add on to our unlimited streaming plan neither makes great financial sense nor satisfies people who just want DVDs," Becker wrote.
Netflix announced the new prices on Tuesday. The company did not respond to a request for comment.
Unlimited DVD-only plans will cost $7.99 for one at a time or $9.99 for two at a time.
The changes take effect immediately for new subscribers, and in September for current customers.
The Los Gatos, California-based company started in the United States as a mail-in DVD service. It now offers streaming video on various devices.
Meanwhile a backlash from customers has continued to trail Netflix's price hike. After Netflix announced a 60 percent price hike for its DVD and streaming service yesterday, a tidal wave of backlash flooded social media. Netflix's Facebook post about the news has already received more than 28,000 comments (most of them angry) in less than a day. The number of Facebook responses may be even higher as some claim Netflix deleted as many as 500 comments yesterday. Anti-Netflix groups have already sprouted on Facebook and gained thousands of members overnight. "Dear Netflix" is trending on Twitter because hundreds of "Dear John" style tweets are being sent from Netflix users about their impending breakup with the movie company. Here's my favorite: "Dear Netflix ...i'm breaking up with you. it's over. it's not me, it's you."

What again!! Missing boy's remains found in refrigerator

These child murder stories keeps popping up each day and we have no option than to keep posting them. Tell someone to stop the harm on kids already. This right here is just ridiculous.
Police say the Brooklyn boy who vanished while walking home from a day camp in one of the safest parts of the city was killed and dismembered by a stranger who he has turned to for help. A young Brooklyn boy who vanished while walking home from a day camp in one of the safest part of the city was killed and dismembered by a stranger who he had turned to for help after getting lost, police said Wednesday
An intense search for the missing 8-year-old, Leiby Kletzky, ended early Wednesday morning with the gruesome discovery of pieces of his dismembered body inside the home of a man who had been seen with the child around the time he disappeared, police said.

Boy found dead

(New York Police Department)

Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said the 35-year-old suspect, Levi Aron, made state ments implicating himself in the boy’s death.
Investigators tracked Aron with the help of surveillance video that showed him being approached by the lost boy.
When detectives arrived at the man's home, they asked him where the boy was and he nodded toward the kitchen, Kelly said.

Detectives saw blood on the freezer door and they opened it to discover bloody knives, a cutting board and feet inside, according to a law enforcement official who spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because the investigation is ongoing.

Additional body parts were found inside a red suitcase that had been tossed into a trash bin in another Brooklyn neighborhood.

Police and volunteers had been looking since late Monday afternoon for Leiby, who disappeared while on his way to meet his mother in the Orthodox Jewish neighborhood of
Borough Park.

The break in the case came when investigators focused on a grainy surveillance video that showed the boy, wearing his backpack, walking down the street, while a man walked nearby.

Detectives noticed the man on the video going into a nearby dentist's office, Browne said. The dentist, located later in New Jersey, said he remembered someone coming by to pay a bill for a patient, and police were able to identify Aron using records from the office. When they went to his home, they made the gruesome discovery.

Police said Aron lives alone in the apartment, in a building shared with his parents. He once had a summons for urinating in public but otherwise did not have a criminal record, Kelly said.

Outside the family's apartment building Wednesday morning, men and women from the community clustered in separate groups. Many of the mothers gathered there said the streets are safe enough for a child Leiby's age to walk home alone.

"This is a no-crime area," said State Assemblyman Dov Hikind, whose district includes the area. He said the boy was the only son of the Kletzky family. The couple has four daughters, and the husband works as a driver for a private car service.

"Everybody is absolutely horrified," he said. "Everyone is in total shock, beyond belief, beyond comprehension … to suddenly disappear and then the details … and the fact someone in the extended community … it's awful," he said.

He said the parents did not Aron, who lived about a mile away from the boy.

At about 6:45 a.m., an
NYPD crime unit carted away the trash bin where some of the body parts had been found and put it in a truck, and police officers walked in a line looking for evidence under cars and on sidewalks.

The medical examiner's office will determine a cause of death and positive identification.

Leiby was one of the neighborhood's many Hasidic Jews, an ultra-Orthodox people who live in tight-knit, somewhat insular communities and abide by strict religious rules that require men to wear dark clothing that includes a long coat and a fedora-type hat. Men often have long beards and ear locks.

Most of the 165,000 members in the New York City the area live in neighborhoods in
Brooklyn and are part of three different sects. Hasidism traces its roots to 18th-century Eastern Europe.

A $100,000 reward had been offered, Hikind said the outpouring of support has been tremendous with people from all over the state volunteering their time to scour the neighborhood and hand out flyers.

Adel Erps, who lives two blocks from the family, said she was very upset because the state of the body means it will be more difficult to do a proper burial. Like other neighborhood residents congregating near the boy's home Wednesday, she expressed shock that the suspect was Jewish.

"He's a sick person obviously, but it hurts so much more," she said.

WTF!!! UK Mom killed kids and put them in car boot

The two adorable kids Elise, 2, and Harry, 3
WTF!!! Guess we still have more Cassey Anthony like news up our sleeves. This report is just unfortunate. I guess its time to start protecting kids from 'predator' (not ready) moms. Here is the sad news.
A United Kingdom mom suffocated her two young children and placed their bodies in the boot of her car, a court heard yesterday.
Fiona Donnison, 45, allegedly killed Harry, three and two year old Elise after her relationship with their dad broke down.
She is accused of murdering them to hurt ex Paul in the most extreme way possible.
She then allegedly wrapped the youngsters in holdalls.
Here, the latest Cassey Anthony
Jurors were told she had moved out of the family home six months earlier without telling Paul.
Christine Laing QC, prosecuting, said: "This is understandably a complex case particularly in relation to the motive.
"We say that responsibility lies not as a result of any mental illness but we say as a result of her personality."
She said Donnison, who was not married to Paul but had changed her name by deed poll, was a narcissist with an overdeveloped sense of self-importance and entitlement.
The couple, who had met in 1999 when both were married to other people, had a strained relationship, the court heard.
Donnison was also jealous and controlling of her partner and often exhibited highly manipulative behaviour, it was said.
She had enjoyed a successful career in financial services in the City, but was made redundant in July 2009.
It is alleged she moved out of the family home in Heathfield, East Sussex, with the children on September 1 after returning from a holiday to Ireland.
She had left a note saying "for the sake of the children I feel I have no choice but to move out... I'm sorry, Fiona".
Mrs Laing said the two children, described as "delightful, well-mannered and affectionate", were last seen alive on the afternoon of January 26 last year.
It is believed they were likely to have been killed sometime that evening.
Donnison denies two charges of murder.

Instant make money online opportunities

Mathew Ronson - Guest Blogger
First I have to thank my publishers for allowing me host this article on this blog.
Let me quickly start by saying the internet is a great place to make some money – that is if you know what you are doing. The number of people earning their living online is rapidly increasing. Of course you know regular jobs out there are no longer guaranteed and secured. You saw the Ministry of Labor’s June release that the number of unemployed stands at a whopping 9% of the population.Outside that 9% still are people who are not happy with their jobs, those who needs a raise and those who want a change but this is not the reason for this article. I want to show you an alternative that can guarantee and put real good money into your bank account instantly and still give you ample time to do all other things you take delight in doing. Now, note that these methods require paid registrations because they are standard and has make money fast guarantee. i still have an obligation to post a list of easy free ways to make money online. But know you can't be generally satisfied by the outcome. Also note that all the opportunities listed here has been tested and certified legit. Now welcome to the real world of online business.

There are lots of jobs to be done online and get paid; what I call digital jobs. You can make money with Google through Google Adsense (you probably have heard of that a million times right?), Data entry, Affiliate marketing, Forex (are you ready for it?), Surveys etc. These are some of the things people do online to earn good money. Basically, just like regular business, the success of you online business greatly depends on one huge factor – traffic. Take it this way, without traffic, there will be no sales or action and without sales (or action), there will be no money. This issue of traffic is why many folks don’t make any money online. They have beautiful products, beautiful presentations but as beautiful as they might be, traffic (as complex as it is) calls the shots. I mean are you ready for SEO, do you have money for PPC’s, can you stand the fierce competition, do you have time for proper keyword research and all that. Don’t even bother yourself about those sites that promise you millions of traffic – if they had those traffic themselves, they’d be making some millions off it so don’t waste your second with them. But then like I said, this article is just to show you two ways you can make good money fast (instantly) and regularly online without worrying about traffic at all. Let’s get into it already right?

SURVEYS
Traffic has nothing on surveys. Surveys are one of the wonderful work from home jobs that can easily earn you good money online. Look at it this way, multinationals want to grow their products; they want to know what people (like you and I) think about those products because its people like you and I they sell them to, so they need your opinion on these products (even before they start marketing sometimes) and thus they are willing to pay you for your opinion and also leave the product for you free.  You are paid for surveys – as simple as that. However, your road to success with surveys depends on when you find a standard and good paying survey site (which can really be hard to find). A survey site that can pay you as much for your surveys rather than giving you ‘change’. Many people are easily frustrated after one or two surveys because they keep seeing cents instead of real dollars in their accounts. Don’t worry, let me introduce you to TOP DOLLARS A good paying survey site I stumbled on accidentally and one that has added much to my finances. With Top Dollars, you are guaranteed over $300 a day. That’s like say $10,000 a month and over $100,000 a year depending on the number of surveys you readily complete. Yes! Worth it right? Remember we have not added the products you get to keep yet. The pay is just a dream for many people who are searching for paid surveys online who often than not, fall into the hands of scam artists or who keep getting no surveys from their survey sites or who survey for cents. Now you may want to ask, why Top dollars? Simply because I have found immense success with them and they have a wonderful customer relations which will definitely interest you. So we are done with one way you can make fast and big money online working from the comfort of your home, choosing how much work you want to do and beating traffic. So why not hop in already, get some cash for your surveys.

Money Makers Society Online

And the good part is that these opportunities actually doesn't consume your time. Most of them just needs like say an hour a day from you and you get to make more money than some Executives. Now whats Mavs Online Money Making Society? Weird isn't it? Well it's real. The difference between this and others is that this society has a founder - an internet millionaire who will privately coach you and leave you making some lifetime money from this same internet you use everyday - This billion dollar market. This is about making serious money and for serious minded individuals who need some career making money online and that is why the registration for the club is put at $97. A lot of people are living big from this club and people are pulling more than $100,000 a month for just being members of this club. Work from home moms and dads who needs more time for extra activities will find this club very helpful. You can join the Mavs Online Money Making Society. I strongly recommend you do.

Bonus: Income Hybrid Software for Marketers and Affiliates
This is about a brand new and revolutionary traffic and profit generating platform that is bigger than blogging, article marketing, video marketing or any other traffic platform you have seen before.  This traffic giant generates stable instant traffic that will replace Google completely and this is not the regular jokes you hear! It is much bigger, less competitive and holds more profit potential than any other traffic platform you may have used before.
Here is a quick question?
With this software,  you can tap into the wallets of 375 million active buyers without spending a single penny on advertising?
I know you are excited about the prospect. The Income Hybrid 3in1 software suite taps into the biggest and fastest growing viral platform that is untapped and unsaturated than I can ever imagine! The statistics show that this revolutionary new traffic platform that Income Hybrid capitalizes on is used by 375 Million users on a daily basis worldwide. This accounts for more than the entire population of the United States making it the biggest and most widely used traffic source online! In fact, the latest online consumer statistics report revealed that this brand new traffic and profit generating platform is used by more than 250 Million mobile phone users each day? Now with the Income Hybrid software, you can legally tap into the wallets of millions of mobile phone and internet users with push button simplicity.

Whats better? You do not require a blog, website, or even a domain. In fact, it has nothing to do with blogging, article marketing, video marketing, or keyword research to profit from this technology!

It is something brand new that you have never seen before! This new technology is proven to work in any niche market and in any language to rake in massive affiliate profits.
Download, sit back, grab a cup of coffee and watch as the cash flow in. I think think you wanna miss this big time opportunity to make some money online and quick at that.

Now there are other ways you can also make money on the internet but these two are for the purpose of getting instant results. Just signing up and getting the job done. In my quest to earn a living online, I have come across different work at home opportunities but while some have made me thousands, some are yet to get me just $5 (after promising heavens) which I have already dropped. Funny! I can’t be more annoyed of the time and dollars I wasted on some of these ‘work at home jobs’.
Now in rounding up you can notice that all the legitimate sites that have made me money above are not free registration sites. You already know there are millions of 'paid survey sites out there right but why did I choose the paid one? Simple. They pay! If you allow me, I will advice you to quit wasting your time on free membership sites. They will only waste your time and use you to boost rating save few and then Google adsense which i didn't list here because we are talking about making fast money online. This post is really about how you can really make fast money online without spending your energy. Trust me. It's something you should be part of.
So there, the two successful ones that will instantly give you success financially and one you can actually see and feel. You just beat the traffic and get the money. Until next time, this is wishing you the best and like someone always say, remember to thank me later. Don't forget to. Haha.
Update: I have just published another income opportunity online still on this blog. You can join the number of people that are getting money making tips online from the post. Its updated, repackaged and better. Click here to read it.

Expect Ipad HD this September

Guess September will be a very busy month for the Apple crew. Both the new Iphone 5 and now Ipad HD are scheduled to drop on that month.
Related: How to create an iPhone or iPad Apps and Games succeed in App Store!
Not the iPad 3 but an upgraded version of iPad 2 with high-definition update is coming this September, that is if rumors are true.

According to technology site This is my next, sources told them that Apple will release the new iPad dubbed as “iPad HD” or what others call the “iPad 2 Plus.” Whatever they want to call it, they all say that it will have a 2048×1536 resolution display.

iPad2 and “iPad HD” is likened to the relationship of Macbook with Macbook Pro. “It will be a “pro” device aimed at a higher end market — folks who work in video and photo production possibly — and will be introduced alongside something like an iPad version of Final Cut or Aperture,” the report said. iPhone 5 is expected to be announced in the Apple event on September, and if rumors are true “iPad HD” or “iPhone 2 Plus” may come along with it.

WTF!!! Former British Prime Gordon Brown Hacked in News of the world hacking spree

Hold your phones tight especially if you are from the UK. As a matter of fact get a technical consultant to access your phone security strength and then ensure you run a security check on your phone regularly as the hacking vampires -News of the world - are prowling. They already hacked into the phones of many individuals and new reports claims former Prime Minister was also a target. His phone was allegedly hacked and information was obtained on his bank account details, his legal file and his family's medical records and reports further suggest the prime minister's kid was a target. Hit the jump to gather details.
Mr Brown was targeted during a period of more than 10 years, both as chancellor of the exchequer and as prime minister, the paper added.
During that time the medical records of his son, Fraser, who has cystic fibrosis were allegedly obtained by The Sun.
Former prime minister Gordon Brown had his phone hacked and bank account breached by The Sunday Times, another British newspaper owned by Rupert Murdoch's media empire, reports said Monday.
The reports widen the scandal over widespread phone hacking by the News of the World, which was shut down at the weekend by News International, Murdoch's British newspaper publishing operation.
Brown is to announce that private investigators working for News International hacked his phone and accessed his personal bank account when he was finance minister, The Independent newspaper reported, without naming the paper involved.
The BBC and The Guardian newspaper later reported that The Sunday Times had targeted Brown when he was finance minister, obtaining private medical, financial and property details.
The BBC said someone acting for The Sunday Times posed as Brown and obtained details of his account at the Abbey National bank in January 2000, in relation to a story about a flat he had bought from late media mogul Robert Maxwell.
It cited letters written by the bank to the editor of The Sunday Times voicing suspicions that "someone from The Sunday Times or acting on its behalf has masqueraded as Mr Brown for the purpose of obtaining information from Abbey National by deception."
The Guardian reported that The Sun -- News of the World's daily sister paper -- obtained details from his infant son's medical records about a serious illness.
It said Brown was targeted over a period of 10 years, both as finance minister and prime minister. Brown was at the Treasury from 1997 to 2007, before his three-year spell as premier.
Neither Brown's office nor News International were immediately available for comment despite repeated attempts to contact it by AFP.
Murdoch abandoned his support for Brown's Labour Party ahead of elections in May 2010, switching his backing to the Conservative Party of current Prime Minister David Cameron.
Reports on Monday said the News of the World also allegedly paid British royal protection officers for details about Queen Elizabeth II and other members of the royal family.

A new country is born - South Sudan gains Independence

Make way for the newest country in the world - South Sudan. Though long overdue, Omar Bashir has finally granted his 'stamp' to the new country but then we mayb ask, where do we go from here? The country has to get huge aid and assistance to be able to hit the ground running but we are very optimistic here. Read on to catch the events in the latest country in the world.
Thousands of South Sudanese danced through the night to mark the first hours of their independence on Saturday, a hard-won separation from the north that also plunged the fractured region into a new period of uncertainty. The Republic of South Sudan, an under-developed oil producer, became the world's newest nation on the stroke of midnight.
It won its independence in a January referendum — the climax of a 2005 peace deal that ended decades of civil war with the north.
Security forces at first tried to control the dusty streets of the southern capital Juba, but retreated as jubilant crowds moved in waving flags, dancing and chanting "South Sudan o-yei, freedom o-yei."
After the sun came up, thousands poured onto the site of the day's independence ceremony — a possible headache for officials keen to guard dignitaries including the President of Sudan, the south's old civil war foe, Omar Hassan al-Bashir.
In a statement, President Barack Obama said he was "proud" to formally recognize the Republic of South Sudan "as a sovereign and independent state," NBC News reported.
A 'dream realized' He recalled Martin Luther King reflecting on the first moment of independence on the African continent in Ghana.
"I knew about all of the struggles, and all of the pain, and all of the agony that these people had gone through for this moment," the president quoted King as saying.
Obama said that now, decades later, "we are moved by the story of struggle that led to this time of hope in South Sudan, and we think of those who didn't live to see their dream realized."
"Today is a reminder that after the darkness of war, the light of a new dawn is possible. A proud flag flies over Juba and the map of the world has been redrawn. These symbols speak to the blood that has been spilled, the tears that have been shed, the ballots that have been cast, and the hopes that have been realized by so many millions of people," he said.
Obama said many Americans had been "deeply moved by the aspirations of the Sudanese people, and support for South Sudan extends across different races, regions, and political persuasions in the United States."
In a possible sign of the South's new allegiances, the crowd included about 200 supporters of Darfur rebel leader Abdel Wahed al-Nur, whose forces are fighting Khartoum in an eight-year insurgency just over South Sudan's border in the north.
The supporters of Nur's rebel Sudan Liberation Army faction stood in a line chanting "Welcome, welcome new state," wearing T-shirts bearing their leader's image. One carried a banner reading "El Bashir is wanted dead or alive."
Traditional dance groups drummed and waved shields and staffs in a carnival atmosphere.
"I am very pleased," said Joma Cirilow, 47, his hand on his son's shoulder. "Do you want to be a second-class citizen? No, I want to be a first-class citizen in my own country."
'Join the nations of the world' Christian priests in full robes blessed the ceremony site in central Juba where a large statue stood draped in a flag near the mausoleum of the south's civil war hero John Garang.
"Today we raise the flag of South Sudan to join the nations of the world. A day of victory and celebration," Pagan Amum, the secretary general of the South's ruling Sudan People's Liberation Movement (SPLM) told Reuters.
"Free at last," said Simon Agany, 34, as he walked around shaking hands. "Coming away from the north is total freedom."
North Sudan's Khartoum government was the first to recognize the new state on Friday, hours before the formal split took place, a move that smoothed the way to the division of what was, until Saturday, Africa's largest country.
The recognition did not dispel fears of future tensions.
Northern and southern leaders have still not agreed on a list of issues, most importantly the line of the border and how they will handle oil revenues, the lifeblood of both economies.
At the stroke of midnight the Republic of Sudan lost around three quarters of its oil reserves, which are sited in the south, and faced the future with insurgencies in its Darfur and Southern Kordofan regions.
In Khartoum, just before the split, Bashir, who now leads just the north, told journalists he would attend the independence celebrations later in the day in Juba.
"I would like to stress ... our readiness to work with our southern brothers and help them set up their state so that, God willing, this state will be stable and develop," said Bashir.

We have been following events in Sudan and we must say we are really happy for the new country

Verizon to host new charging plan

Already you know the best and biggest Verizon Wireless deals you can get on the whole internet is on this blog including free phones from Verizon. Just look around, they are our biggest sponsors and they are here to always make your communication experience work for the better. Pow! Now whats news right? There is a new charging plan for your network - the biggest wireless network worldwide. Continue reading as abc brings the news.

Say good-bye to "all you can eat" pricing plans that let mobile device users send and receive unlimited amounts of data for one flat monthly fee. Verizon, among the last providers to offer such a plan, will start charging by use, later this month: Use a lot of data, and you'll pay more; use a little, and you'll pay less.

The company says in a statement that its new, usage-based pricing will allow customers, regardless of the kind of device they have, to select a level of payment suited to their data use. The new pricing will create more options, says the company, for users of smartphones, and will provide "updated options" for users of regular phones, tablets and notebooks.

Verizon spokesperson Debi Lewis says the philosophy behind the change is simple: "You pay for what you use." When will the change occur? "Shortly, in July," she says.

July 7 has been widely reported as the date.

Craig Moffett, a telecommunications analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein research, thinks consumption-based pricing is fundamentally fairer for the consumer. Heavy users, he says—people watching videos , playing online games or holding video conferences—send and receive data that is "orders of magnitude" greater than data sent by people who limit themselves, say, to sending email.
Without consumption-based pricing, light users wind up subsidizing heavy users. "Your Aunt Tilly," he says, "who only goes online to check the weather, is in effect subsidizing the heavy user in Silicon Valley who's running a wireless data center."

The industry's move away from flat-fee pricing started, says Moffett, with AT&T's struggle to deliver better service to users of the iPhone, which "by its very nature, its sheer usability, drove enormous data usage." AT&T was forced, he says, to do everything it could to increase capacity, including adopting a pricing plan that would "reign in the heaviest users."

Is the switch good news for consumers? "It depends," says Moffett. "If you're in the small minority of superheavy users—and that's a very vocal community: the bloggers of the world—it's bad news. It means the days of your getting a free ride are just about over, and that you'll be paying more. But for smaller users—the average consumer—it's not bad at all. Some will save."

For users of all size, he says, "It's a wake-up call that wireless resources are not unlimited. Like any other resources, they have to be tended with care. If you don't create incentives for responsible use, service quality for everyone will be degraded."

Allan Kieter, president of MyRatePlan.com, a shopping comparison site for users of cell phones and other mobile devices, views the industry's move toward use-based pricing as inevitable. "We've seen T-Mobile and AT&T move to tiered data plans in recent months. We've known all along Verizon would have to go. Ultimately they'll make more money this way."

The change, he says, means consumers will need to make sure they aren't buying more capacity than they need. His own site and those of the providers offer tools that customers can use to estimate their needs, depending on what kind of Internet services they use.

Telegraph's Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallow, Part 2, review

While we are still anticipating Harry Porter the deathly hallows part 2 release in the cinemas today, UK's Telegraph hooks us up on their candid review of the Movie. Its sure to be a nice movie at-least going by the review and we hope it will knock off Transformers - Dark of the moon from the box office next week. We can't wait, can we? Also be sure to download and watch the deathly hallows part 2 and you favorite movies here as always.
The review when you continue.

Harry Porter and the deathly hallows Part 2 is the eight and final film of the blockbuster series. It begins with teenage heroes fighting for their lives and the entire world
The first scene of David Yates’s film picks up where his previous instalment left off: with a shot of the dark lord Voldemort’s (Ralph Fiennes) noseless face in triumph as he steals the most powerful magic wand in the world from the tomb of Harry’s protector, Professor Dumbledore (Michael Gambon). With it he will become invincible.

In the very next scene, we find Harry (Daniel Radcliffe), Hermione (Emma Watson) and Ron (Rupert Grint), looking unfeasibly vulnerable and young, as they struggle with the vast responsibility of stopping Voldemort in his tracks.

What chance do these adolescents have against the powers of darkness?

But this is a film about the triumph of the weak, a theme captured in two of its most memorable scenes.

The first is a marvellous set piece, in which our heroes escape from the vault of Gringotts Bank on the back of a beautifully rendered CGI dragon.
The maimed beast gouges out bits of London’s rooftops, as it swoops across the capital’s skyline, before flying off into the wild, free once more.

The second, which stands as surely the most beautiful and important moment in the whole series, involves the mysterious Professor Severus Snape (Alan Rickman).

It is a rare sun-kissed episode in a film characterised by darkness, as we learn of the glowering professor’s faithfully kept secret.

Harry looks into Snape’s memories and sees his mother, Lily, as a young girl, making a flower blossom in her hand: the other children call her a freak, and run away. Hiding nearby is a young Snape. He animates a leaf and sends it towards her.

Hardly anything is said, but the truth and pain of human relationships are here expressed with an elegiac tenderness that brings a tear to the eye.

Perhaps the greatest triumph of this final film is its ability to overcome the deficiencies of J K Rowling’s writing. In the last Harry Potter volume, she failed singularly to muster the epic feel needed; as a result, on the page, the concluding battle at Hogwarts was a damp squib.

But Yates here transmutes it into a genuinely terrifying spectacle, as bloodied students fight desperately against a horde of screaming black-robed Death Eaters.

Hogwarts itself comes to life to defend itself (giving Maggie Smith, as prim professor McGonagall, a lovely comic turn as she sends off an army of stone knights).

There is further wit from the weedy Neville Longbottom (Matthew David Lewis) who, having nearly fallen to his death, pops up with a cheery, “Well that went well”, and superb acting from Helena Bonham Carter as the raving black witch Bellatrix Lestrange.

Our central threesome, too, do not disappoint. Radcliffe’s erstwhile plankishness has transformed into a heroic stoicism; Watson has perfected the requisite winsome, fearful look, panting and gasping with the best of them; and even Grint can now do “emotional”, pulling off a big scene in which one of his brothers is slain.

This is monumental cinema, awash with gorgeous tones, and carrying an ultimate message that will resonate with every viewer, young or old: there is darkness in all of us, but we can overcome it.

This is not an end. How could it be?

In the last scene, as we watch Harry’s son go off to Hogwarts, we know that even if there will be no more books, these characters will live with us for ever.

Facebook: Expect an 'Awesome' announcement Wednesday

We're sure it's a coincidence that we got this e-mail while we were setting up our Google+ profiles.
Just days after the search giant rolled out its new networking platform, Facebook, the reigning champs of the social space, announced Friday that it will hold a news event next Wednesday.
Facebook didn't provide any details in an e-mail inviting media members to the event, to be held at its Palo Alto, California, headquarters.

But, on Wednesday, CEO Mark Zuckerberg promised that Facebook would "launch something awesome" next week.
Zuckerberg was touring Facebook's engineering site in Seattle and wouldn't give many details, only saying that the announcement would be about something developed there.
By late Friday, the leading theory was that the company will unveil a video-chat feature powered by Skype.
CNN content partner Mashable was quoting unnamed sources they said confirmed the plan, which was first reported by blog Tech Crunch.
Facebook and Skype already have a deep partnership, with Facebook content being integrated onto Skype clients.
When Microsoft bought Skype in May, CEO Steve Ballmer mentioned "social" as one of the company's plans for it. We speculated at the time that Facebook integration might be in the works. Microsoft actually owns a piece of Facebook, having bought in for $240 million in 2007.
Adding video chat would be an answer of sorts to Google+. Video chat is one of the features many reviewers have mentioned that set Google's upstart offering apart from Facebook.
Other possibilities, should the video chat rumor turn out to be a red herring? Leading contenders include a long-awaited Facebook app for the iPad and a mobile photo-sharing tool.
A photo-sharing app would put the social-media giant in competition with a slew of startups, like Instagram, Picplz and Path, that have sprung up in the past year.
A couple of weeks back, TechCrunch published what it said appeared to be leaked images from a photo-sharing Facebook app for the iPhone. Facebook's Seattle campus is known to work on mobile projects, so that could be a hint in that direction.
There also have been reports, including by Nick Bilton of The New York Times, that Facebook will finally be rolling out an iPad app.
Would that be enough to earn an "awesome" tag from Zuckerberg? Maybe. But we'd love to see more than an announcement about an app for a device that's been out for almost a year and a half.
It's hard to imagine the timing of the announcement is random.
Since it was launched Tuesday for a limited number of tech journalists, bloggers and others, Google+ has been getting all the online buzz in the social-media world.
To be sure, the handful of users Google has allowed a peek under the hood is digital light years away from Facebook's 600 million or so users worldwide.
But after Buzz, Wave and other failed efforts, this looks like Google's most serious leap yet into the social-networking world. And that could mean, as competing smartphone makers discovered with Google's potent Android system, that Facebook has a real rival on its hands.
*Whatever Facebook, whatever Google. Just know the best innovator wins and nobody is touching twitter lol*
